Jasmine 360 is able to measure the performance of lead management initiatives, conversions and tracking by integrating leading web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Webtrends. In a few simple steps every page within Jasmine CMS can be automatically tagged and linked to your analytics tool of choice. Likewise emails create in Jasmine Campaigns can be automatically tagged for tracking and analysis.

When creating a campaign, the following information can be setup:

  • Name:  The internal name of the campaign
  • URL:  The Vanity URL to be utilized in the medium presented to the user
  • Description: Details of the campaign, objectives etc
  • Source: Referrer: eg Google, specific website
  • Medium: PPC, Organic, Banner, Email, eCoupon, Print Mail
  • PPC*:  Keywords Used
  • Cost:  Cost / Base Currency of the Campaign

Within Jasmine Campaigns is a powerful browser based email engine that gives you the ability to integrate to Jasmine CRM, building and segmenting your own "opt-in" database, send targeted, personalized emails and track the results with real-time ROI reporting.

Using Jasmine Campaigns email engine, you can create a set of email templates for both regular sending (eg monthly newsletter) or for specific occasions (eg Happy Birthday). Templates can be designed to be optimised across various email platforms including Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Lotus Notes.

The email engine also provides for ad hoc emails campaigns developed in HTML by yourself or your agency. As with templates or ad-hoc emails, tags can be placed within the email content for personalisation of messages.

Once ready, the email can be previewed, tested with colleagues, then a campaign group is selected (through Jasmine CRM), scheduled on the server and sent at the desired time.

With a template approach, the marketing team is empowered to create and manage their own email campaigns quickly and efficiently. This gives the marketing team the flexibility to quickly create and test different content and headlines (A/B Testing) to ensure maximum open and click through rates.
