Starwood Privilege
Starwood Hotels & Resorts: Starwood Privileges (Asia Pacific)

Starwood Privilege is an accommodation and dining loyalty / subscription programme with a strong Asia Pacific following. Members can view special offers as well as login and update their profile and preferences – including types of offers they would like to receive via email. The site allows over 85 Starwood hotels to individual manage their accommodation, dining and special offer information through Jasmine. Email templates are also available for individual hotels to create special offers and mail these to segmented groups of members. Starwood Privilege won a 2006 Web Awards' Standard of Excellence.

The Fullerton Hotel
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore site contains extensive information on the hotel, from accommodation options to virtual tours and brochures. The site is multi-language enabled (English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Japanese).

Banyan Tree
Banyan Tree

The site features the internationally renown resorts of the Banyan Tree, with separate microsites for each resort covering accommodation, dining and facilities. The site includes detailed packages which can be compared across resorts according to types of vacations selected. The website is strong in stunning visuals and includes integrated flash elements that can be controlled by Jasmine CMS. Videos also provide a nice insight into the resorts.

Citadines
Citadines

The Citadines site promotes the 40 plus service apartments of the Citadines brand. Languages include English and French (full) and Spanish, German and Chinese (partial). The site is hosted in France with a replica website provided in Singapore. One nice feature of the site is the 3D images portraying the layout of apartments under new property launches.

Somerset

The Somerset brand utilises the same core components of the already launched Citadines site, however extending the use of Jasmine, the look and feel can be completely changed to portray the brand to the appropriate target audience. The site also utilises a different reservation engine from Citadines, however still presents all properties across the three brands within the group.

Parkroyal Hotels

The new Parkroyal site includes the 6 properties of the group as well as corporate pages. Each property includes features such as a meeting room finder, and flash floor plans. The project also involved the setup of Jasmine CRM and email marketing templates through Jasmine Campaigns.

Ascott

The flagship of the Ascott group, Ascott The Residence portrays a more executive feel and appeal, yet still utilising the core Jasmine content components of the other Ascott sites. As with other Ascott Group sites, the brand has the ability to present detailed property information as well as cross sell the other brands. There is also a member area where users can login, update their profile, preferences and subscriptions.

Angsana
Angsana

The site promotes the properties and lifestyle based resorts of the Angsana brand. Each resort includes information and visuals on rooms & suites, resort facilities, destination information and promotions. An integrated flash based photo gallery within Jasmine CMS allows for ease of maintenance while providing visitors with spectacular imagery of the resort and surroundings.

Starwood Destination China
Starwood Hotels & Resorts: Starwood Destinations (China)

The site provided Starwood’s china hotels with a marketing platform to promote their individual hotels, local attractions, key events and latest special offers. The site was design in both English as well Chinese, targeting both international travellers as well as the local market. Original content was sourced from Lonely Planet as well as the local expertise of hotels. The Destination China site won a Global Web Award in 2005.

Dusit Hotels & Resorts
Dusit Hotels & Resorts

The Dusit site includes the three brands of Dusit Thani, d2 and Dusit Princess, each with their own distinct branding, yet sharing common elements for ease of usability and consistency. The site was launched in both English and Japanese. The Dusit project included full integration to Opera Web Services (OWS), as well as the establishment of My Dusit and Dusit Gold membership areas. Members can maintain their profile and preferences as well as see their reservations and stay history. Dusit Gold members also receive special rates through the reservation engine, once logged in.

Ascott Group
The Ascott Group (Corporate Site)

The corporate site of The Ascott Group has multiple functions, targeting different stakeholders with relevant sections and information. This includes including the promotion of the group and their expansion globally, financial information, press and media, as well potential employment opportunities within the group. Within the website there is also television commercials presented in flash and a comprehensive directory with links through to the respective brands and properties.

Pan Pacific
Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts

The hotel group implemented Jasmine for their corporate site as well as individual hotel sites across the Asia Pacific region. The project included a full reservation interface and integration to Opera via Opera Web Services (OWS). The site was developed to incorporate English, Japanese and simplified Chinese.

Sino Hotels
Sino Hotels Group (Hong Kong)

The project included a corporate site as well as four sites for local Hong Kong hotels. Each site is multi-language enabled. Content such as offers, newsletter management and careers are aggregated up to the corporate site.
